PB S&G with Pb Spray Wax
Mixed it 1/3 SG/SW and I like the results. I got the idea from a posted suggestion to mix another product's QD with their spray wax (name withheld to respect the rules - if they are the same here as on other forums).
The thing is it really changes the spray wax into a very nice QD with wax. Not quite like QD+, mind you, but it sure makes the spray wax easier to apply and very easy to wipe off, leaving a nice feel to the finish. Just thought I'd pass that one along...

Re: PB S&G with Pb Spray Wax
What did you add for the 3rd 1/3?
Or was it just a typo and you meant 1/2?

Re: PB S&G with Pb Spray Wax
Oh, sorry. I meant 1 part S&G to 2 parts spray wax. I used a 32oz sprayer. You have to shake well before using as they separate. The S&G settles.

Re: PB S&G with Pb QW+
I just received S&W. I'm off to the mixing lab.
![]() So, now I have QW+ mixed with S&G (meant to call it that in the original thread) and I'm mixing QD+ with S&G. I think I've got it covered.

Re: PB S&G with Pb QW+

I originally purchased EX-P to give PB a try. I liked the results so I purchased Natty's Red. I really liked the feel and finish so I purchased QW+ and S&G for maintenance. I purchased White Diamonds for my next full detail when it was introduced and it became the foundation for the EX-P. On a lark, I mixed QW+ with S&G and found the mixture to be exactly what I needed. This was before QD+ came out. I followed up with the purchase of QD+ upon its introduction and was really knocked out by the slickness and shine. I now find myself topping the QW+S&G with QD+ because the 'slickness' is second to none. At this point a little goes a long way. S&W now allows me to do a first pass to get the surface film off before going to one of the QD+ sprays. A very nice product line... On a secondary note, I have found this to be a very mellow forum. I hope that my commentary will be acceptable as I'd like to hang out with you fellas. I have purchased a plethora of products since getting back into the hobby and I'm enjoying the heck out of them as much as I enjoy the forum. With best regards, Keesue

Re: PB S&G with Pb Spray Wax
Hi, my name is Shawn and I’m and addict.
I read this thread last night before I went to bed, and couldn’t wait to wake up. First thing I did this morning was mix a small amount of QD+ and SW and directed and went out to the garage. I only planned on doing a “small test area”. Needless to say I did both cars with my new found detailing combination. I might be hooked. Looks like I’ll need to be ordering more SW soon. Thanks for always looking to improve and “expand” your product line Steve Shawn |
