Ferraris on the Circle 08

Had a good time and met some good people yesterday at the Ferrari show. Check out this sign....

interesting way to spell exotics.

Anyways here's some pics I promised. It was more crowded when I was there this time so it was harder to get pics and
the weather was overcast so all the cars looked good. I wanted it to be sunny so the cars I did would stand out but oh well.

Here's the Maranello I detailed. (posted in earlier thread)

One of my details here. Won best in class last year.

This is one I did. It was used as a prop for the art gallery.

Remember this one audiboy?

I'm going to attach some more if you care to look. Some cool bikes, the new Audis, an interesting Rolls Royce with a stainless hood and wooden rear deck.

Good show but I liked it better last year. I guess because it had a lot of the exact same cars.

That's Ward's S7. Beautiful and amazing! He was at my friend's house with it and even the old people that live in the neighborhood were coming out to check it out. It was also in C&D this month, tested against the tuner cars from Jason's (Heffner) shop and the Lingenfelter Z06.

I've selected three cars that always stand out in a crowd of gearheads. They also happen to be my personal favorites. I'd be really surprised if anyone can tell me what the first one is, but the other two are fairly well known. The 2nd one is, IMO, the best Ferarri ever built. It's my 2nd favorite vehicle ever, only to be topped by the third car I listed. It was Enzo's last design and boy did he out do himself. This thing was, and still is, a freak of nature. This is what a true supercar should be and it was the building block for many years to come. It was built in the early 80's and to this date, there have only been 3 production cars that have a higher top speed. The last car in the grouping is my ultimate dream car. IMO, it's the only real American supercar out right now. Yeah, Ford has their GT, but that thing is a nightmare with recalls and engineering problems. The styling and the engine are what does it for me though. For a little less than $600K, you get 750bhp. It may not have the most horsepower or the highest top speed, but there's just something about it that makes it special to me.

Anyways, can anyone other than Troy and Gearhead name the three cars?

Ultima, F40 and S7.

I saw a Yellow Ultima at a car show last summer at the river market in Little Rock. Very quick car.

Re: Ferraris on the Circle 08

It took a while, but I'm glad someone else knows what they are. Yeah, I saw that yellow Ultima too. They had some nice cars at that show, but that one really stood out. I've had the opportunity to see them on the track too. I can't imagine how much trouble I'd be in if I owned one.

I want to thank everyone who knows better for not pointing out how dumb I am.

It seems that "exoctics" is the correct spelling. I just googled it (which is what I should have done before I made fun of it) and realized I was wrong all these years.

Anybody else want to admit they thought it was spelled wrong so I can have some company and also so I can feel a little better?
