I'd like to offer my apology for a rather sarcastic comment I posted in a recent thread regarding the now infamous mini test. It was in poor taste and I'm not happy that I let myself get so into something that shouldn't be more than a peaceful hobby for me.

I'm sorry if it bothered anyone else also. These forums are a wonderful place to share experiences and sarastic comments like the one I made do nothing to encourage that exchange and thus was uncalled for.

So geeky, my apologies for the comment.

No worries, Natty - we all get pretty passionate about our common mistress (detailing), and we all probably say things we later look back at and shake our heads at.

Now about that fishing trip....We're still waiting for Dwayne and Rick to host the first annual Detail City/4-Star chartered fishing trip in sunny Florida. I'm thinking Tarpon baby! Not mullets

could be something we could do as far as you guys pay the airfair and hotel and we provide the charter, food and drinks and a $200 shopping spree for the big catch.

If anyone is interested let me know... 8-15 members would be awesome.

No mullets??? Awwww!! And I was all ready to take a road trip in my xxxxxin camaro to hang with you guys. Oh well.... I guess the Fuzz will just remain in the shadows quietly grooming the mullet.

If this thing does happen you've GOT to be there! Just wouldn't be the same without the Fuzz...mullet and all!

Dwayne....that sounds awfully generous! I'd be willing to help organize the DC crew. In order to try and figure out who could make it we'd obviously need to pin down some possible dates. That would depend on your area and the fishing, or type of fishing and charters you have in mind. If you can come up with some possible dates then we should be able to get a feel for who could make it.

Man, this would be very very cool and I bet a TON of fun! I would pretty much make sure I could work it into my schedule. No way I would miss it. Heck, I might even bring my assistant with me

Yep, we would definately end up detailing the boat. Might even end up detailing a few cars in the parking lot around the hotel

Fuzz isn't a hook in a mullet a cruel thing.... i think you just dis respected the mullet... j/k.. in all respect to the mullet the pic you have up looks just like my cousin and he drives a camaro..you'd like him...i'll have to put you in touch with him...

Dwayne that sounds like a great idea.. make sure you bring some stuff with you for contests .. biggest fish, etc....Heck I would be there if I could....
