    Exclamation Is there such a thing as too dirty???

    this was on a volvo xc70 forum. I thought i would share the pic. What would u do first?
    1988 Volvo 244DL w/ GL wheels dark red
    2003 Volvo XC70 ash gold metallic
    getting the car dirty is half the battle, washing is the fun part

    Tempera (poster) paint? I *think* a liquid detergent is used as one of the binder components. I wonder if it really suds up when water hits it.

    I like the idea of the DIY wash bay for initial wash/rinse, but if you don`t want to attract the ire of the owner there will probably be almost as many quarters dropped cleaning up the bay afterwards as cleaning up the car itself.

    I will say that was one brave owner to use their vehicle for, what I can only assume, a fund raiser.

    I`ve got the solution....

    It involves wet roads, a fishtail, and a flip on the guardrail all culminated with a perfect dismount.

    Voila - new vehicle on the way.



    I am really glad I can "laugh" about it now... I know I shouldn`t be joking about that sort of thing, but hey....
    I still don`t believe in grit guards.
