On the back of this bottle of wax, it states that if an orbital is to be used, buff wet to dry. What exactly does this mean?

Not knowing the polisher or polish you are referencing, I would assume that it means keep using the polisher on the surface until the polish dries and begins to "dust." This is just a guess. Maybe if you'll list the polisher make and model and the polish brand someone can give you a better description. HTH.

The polish is Shine Master by Wizard's.

edit: On the back of the bottle it states the following, "For high speed or orbital buffer application, buff wet to dry."
