vandals

Vandals got my work car with some type of oily aerosol..washed it but there are small spots ( quarter inch to half inch) everywhere, the glass is slightly fogged and the door handles are starting to corrode. It's an 88 Corolla and the paint wasn't in great shape anyway (original, faded, not waxed in forever). How can I clean/save? The next day they came back with tomatoes which have left big splat stains and run stains. How do I clean/save? I have tried rubbing with Mineral Spirits, hand cleaner , and household spray cleaner...the household spray cleaner worked best and removed about half of the spots/stains.

Re: vandals

I would suggest taking this to a professional. Without being able to see the damage it is really hard to suggest a course of action. If you got sprayed with carb cleaner or splashed with brake fluid then you are fairly screwed. That kind of damage can't be washed off. I can't tell you what you got sprayed with without seeing the car though. Pictures would help.
