Never-Dull

Hey everyone,

I actually had a client turn me on to this product today. I was cleaning the last wheel, great timing let me tell ya, of his Chrysler 300 SRT and he came out and had me try Never-Dull. He had used it for years back in the day cleaning his dirt bikes. After using, I had to go back and redo all the other wheels because the difference was amazing.

There is no need to preclean and it removes any brake dust or tar stuck in any pits of the wheel much easier than anything else I've ever used. I haven't tried many products out there for chrome polishing so if anyone has found anything better, I'd definitley like to see it. Never-Dull is a must for me now.

Welcome to the site to start...Never Dull is a chemical based cotton swab / ball...I have it here that I use on some applications..what you are talking about on wheels...it would work but very time consuming and expensive over all IMO

However it is a great product...I use it mainly on non-clear coated metals..like aluminum, copper, stainless, etc

Re: Never-Dull

First off, I'm pretty sure Nevr-Dull is intended for unfinished metals.
It is a good metal polish, but I wouldn't use it on painted or clearcoated metal. That covers most OEM wheels.

Secondly, it is interesting that DJsDetails' home page is a link to the Nevr-Dull website.
Coincidence? I hope so.
Shill? Time will tell.

Does the link violate rule #4 of the forum rules?

Charles I had the same thoughts but decided to give him a bit more rope and see where it goes...But your right about posting a link to another commercial site for car detailing products...I guess it wouldn't be that big a deal if it wasn't on their first post!

Re: Never-Dull

Keep in mind that if you can still read their post, they are being given "a bit more rope".
When they reach the end of their rope, it seems to yank the post with it.

Probably just an enthusiastic user of Nevr-Dull.

My friend made me buy this in Wa-Mart one day. Its the stuff that like moist cotton right? It works great! And its only about 2$ a can.

Re: Never-Dull

I have used this product for years but I would not use it on coated alloy wheels.

My Corvette has Stainless exhaust tips and I use ND on them.
