Larry,

I think the PwS has the ability to do more correction, using the right pad, has a bit higher gloss, and is slicker.
The biggest difference will be for those who use either as a set up for another LSP ..I believe the PwS will be a better set up for sealants where people want a higher gloss and clarity vs those who use carnauba products and are looking for more depth and warmth from their color.
One last observation, reports by professional detailers who need to save time, is that they seem to be able to work the PwS longer and as a one step product, they have seen no equal.

Re: PwS V3 some more info and pics

One more observation is that PwS is a product I would use with a rotary as well as a pc or by hand and PwC I would not use a rotary with....again aiming to the professional or part-time detailer with limited time

Just placed my order, hopefully you have one left

Any plans to develp a liquid wax in the future?

For some reason I just cant get use to paste wax and I dont like having to put my applicator back in the container. I prefer working with a liquid wax so I would love to see a Poorboys liquid wax added to the arsenal.

If you like liquids, you can use either the PwS, PwC, EX, or QW+ ...but the Natty's paste waxes are super easy on & off

more of a liquid wax with cleaning ability...I would not use it over anything dirtier than dust. It can be sprayed on, used with a pc or done by hand

The paint on my 06 acura tsx is nearly flawless, Im talking maybe 5 or 6 extremely faint hairline scratches, absolutely no swirls. I dont know wether I should use SSR1 then seal with EX-P toppped with Nattys or go with PwS and top it with Nattys?

Re: PwS V3 some more info and pics

Ink- It depends if you are doing this by hand or by machine. I have the same isolated swirls/hairline scratches on my truck and the PwS and a polishing pad with the PC didn't remove them. If you are trying to remove them you could use SSR1 and a polishing pad or PwS and a light cut pad. If you could live with what you've got now I'd highly suggest using PwS by hand or maching (polishing pad) to clean the paint, top with EX-P a few hours (or day if you have time) later and then top all that off with Natty's if you prefer. I did a PwS / EX-P combo on my sisters silver car and the slickness is amazing.

Re: PwS V3 some more info and pics

I wanted to try PwS on a "light cutting pad" seeing that it is pad dependant. I'm not trying to remove much, just some minor webbing, and hazing from the PwS. Would you think I would need to follow up with another polishing after? Or do you think I could move on to my LSP's?
Just wanted to get some opionions. Thanks..

That would be hard to guess at. I would say you would have to see what you have after using the cutting pad and then make a decision ....

Recieved my package, but it's sitting in the garage. I keep forgetting to open it. Blame the decongestants.

Re: PwS V3 some more info and pics

I placed my order early Thursday morning and the package was sitting on my doorstep my Saturday afternoon, gotta love Poorboys

So I had this long hairline scratch running down my trunk lid. I figured I would give the Polish with sealant a try on that scratch. I used the orange side of a Wolfgang Polish N' Wax applicator to apply the product. I worked the small area for about 3-4 minutes and the scratch did lighten up but wasnt fully removed.

But then when I examined the finish under the light I noticed I now had left small hairline swirls every where that I was polishing. I was able to take out some of the swirls with SSR1 and another wolgang polish n' wax applicator but there is still too many left that its bothering me.

I bought the car in July and my whole approach thus far is not to use any type of buffer/polisher on the paint even though I do own a PC7424. This was the first time I used a circular motion to apply a product on the paint, prior to tonight I was delicately wiping every square inch down with microfiber.

Now Im left with the decision wether to bust out my PC and see if I can get the rest of the swirls out with probably a medium cutting pad and SSR1? Or just deal with the small area of light swirls and dont risk leaving anymore in the paint

I should of just left the barely noticable hairline scratch alone

Re: PwS V3 some more info and pics

Did you use a less aggressive pad/applicator after the orange pad? I'm not familiar with the WG line of pads (hand or machine), but it may be that the orange side was a bit too aggressive. Also, did you ensure that you didn't go to a "dry buff" when applying the PwS? If a polish goes dry, there is no lubrication left, so you may be scuffing the paint a bit this way.
(Just throwing out suggestions. Got any pics?)
