Pva Lifetime Sponges

Are those for washing car or applying wax ? how long would one of those last? I just chucked away a washing sponge which lasted me a month only

JimS is starting to get a good reputation around here.
The PVA sponges are applicator sponges for wax or sealants and they are cool. Sea sponges are often recommended for washing. I like a sheepskin mitt myself.

andriver is very helpful and well-respected.
I have used Steve's PVA sponge for applying EX. Works very well and applys the sealant evenly.
