dash and panel cleaning

I want to know what you guys do to your interior panels and dash do you just wipe off the light dust and finish with aero 303, Because I just bought aero 303, wanted what the steps are, and also to know if I should dilute it.

If you have a lot of staining you may want to consider cleaning the surface before you protect. Woolite 6:1 mix would do the trick. Then let the surface dry, spray the 303 on an applicator and then apply to the dash. If you want a glossy look reapply or a sheen then wipe off with a towel.

An APC diluted 20:1 or more with water followed by whatever dressing gives me the look that is wanted. For well kept dashes a dry MF wipe will be more than enough, damp MF for heavy dust and freshish sticky stains.

i use a brush and clean out any dust from the vents, controls, buttons etc., than i use an apc to wipe any marks or stains off. the dressing comes next. i use an aerosol can of dressing to aplly a nice even coat and saving time also.

hey donny,

first, i would use a diluted woolite solution(1:6) to take off the dust, spots, and marks. 1 = woolite and 6= water.

then i wait for about 10minutes and then apply 303 or poorboys natural look on the dash, center console, and plastics parts of the interior.

303 in a 30:1 dilution or thereabouts is a good cleaner.

If the dash is in OK condition, you could use Poorboys NL right from the start, or use it right after the 303.

Then after drying and absorbing, hit the 303 Protectant.

You do get some protection with PB NL so following up with 303 isn't an imperative unless you live in a hot environment with lots of sun (with winter almost upon us, this is less of a priority).
